On-site
For new installations or hardware problems we will make an appointment with you at your convenience.
Real time on-screen
We can assist you in resolving issues remotely over the Internet. Our on-screen assistance software allows us to work alongside you, just as we would in your home or office, over a secure connection.
Phone
Unable to wait until we can get to your place or your connection to the internet is down you can get phone support. We have walked clients through problems ranging from virus to software installation.
Email Trouble Ticket
If your problem isn't pressing then you can open a trouble ticket. This is a cost effective solution for minor problems.
